Immune/Mineral Juice

 Carrot/Celery Juice
Drink 8-16 oz. in the afternoon for a great immune boost and great live source of calcium. If using a “high spin” juicer then drink within 90 seconds after juicing, do not save until later because it oxidizes very quickly and all health benefits change to become a health risk instead of a health benefit.

Directions:
Carefully wash or peal the carrots and cut away any bruised or browns spots on the celery or carrots. Juice half with carrots and half with Celery. Add more carrots for a sweeter taste. Drink in the afternoon for a great immune and energy boost!

Benefits:
Carrots (and yellow veggies) contain phytonutrients called “Carotenes”. Carotenes are phytochemicals found in plants. The most well-known is Beta-carotene.

Carotenes help protect us against cancer of the breast, colon, lung, prostate and uterus. They enhance our immune system and also help protect our skin from UV radiation. The body makes this into Vitamin A, and will help prevent chronic diseases. It is beneficial for acne, lupus, photo sensitivity, PMS, psoriasis, RA, skin disorders and stress. Lightly warming/steaming these foods with a little healing oil (olive, coconut, sesame, raw butter) will help absorb the Beta Carotene in: Carrots, Sweet Potatoes, Pumpkin, and Butternut squash.

Carotenes are made into vitamin A in the body. Vitamin A has many immune boosting functions. There are two forms of Vitamin A. The First is the Fat Soluble form called Preformed Vitamin A or the Retinol form which is found in animal foods like fish oil, egg yokes and safe dairy. The second is a Water Soluble form called Carotinoids which is found in plants – like carrots and yellow veggies and dark green leafy veggies.

The Preformed Vitamin A or the Fat Soluble form can be toxic in excess of 5000 IU (conservatively). Therefore, supplementation and food source vitamin must be monitored carefully. I do not recommend any Vitamin A supplements; it is much better to absorb it through food and much safer.

The water soluble Vitamin A or Provitamin A is from plants and is safer at higher doses up to 30,000 IU daily. Supplementation is only needed if one does not have access to animal or plant sources of Vitamin A. It is much safer to derive Vitamin A from live source foods like plants, herbs and non-toxic animal sources.

Celery contains calcium, potassium, Folate and vitamin K and other phytonutrients. When combined with carrots it provides a good live source of calcium. This would not completely meet the daily requirements of calcium but at least you can rest assured that it is an outstanding live source for great minerals.



Immune Boost Power Energy Drink:

Lemon-Garlic Immune Builder

  • ½ Fresh Organic Lemon (or a whole lemon if using a small one)
  • 1 heaping tablespoon Canadian Gold Honey
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 clove of fresh raw peeled organic garlic

 Directions:
Peel lemon. Add all ingredients into a Vitamix blender or other powerful blender. Blend well. You can add ice for a cold drink. Options: try adding an Orange or other favorite fruit. The sweeter the fruit the less honey you would add. Enjoy in the afternoons or as an after dinner drink.

Infection thrives on “sugar” so when you combine the garlic with the RAW honey it acts as “bait” and then the garlic degrades the infection so the immune system can destroy the pathogenic infection. Garlic is called “God’s Penicillin”. It has many more beneficial properties to the cardiovascular system and more.



Power Electrolyte Drinks

Use to replace lost electrolytes due to exercise, fasting, mud pack therapy or other physical demands. Or, simply use for a quick energy boost when feeling tired or weak.

 

Lemon Electrolyte Drink (no garlic):

  • ½ Fresh Organic Lemon (or a whole lemon if using a small one)
  • 1 heaping tablespoon Canadian Gold Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Raw/Unheated Pink Sea Salt (from Premier Research Labs)
  • 3 cups of water

Benefits:
Electrolytes are electrically charged particles from minerals. The minerals that are most critical for electrolyte balance are Sodium (raw sea salt), Potassium and Chloride. If these become deficient in our bodies then it will affect heart function, and if severe enough can be life-threatening. The importance of Raw Pink Sea Salt is often neglected and misunderstood. Sea Vegetable Broth Booster

  • 6 cups water
  • 1-2 cups Mixed veggies of your choice (Onion, Broccoli, Carrot, Celery…)
  • 1-2 cups Kelp, Dulse, Wakame or other favorite sea veggies. ONLY from “Maine Coast Sea Vegetables” this is from the Atlantic ocean. We do not recommend any sea food from the Pacific Ocean due to radiation contamination.
  • ½ - 1 teaspoon of other herbs (your choice of, Thyme, Bay leaf)
  • 2 – 4 (add to taste – it should taste salty) Teaspoons Raw/Unheated Pink Sea Salt (from Premier Research Labs)

 Directions:
The quantity of sea vegetables is determined by taste. Experiment and have fun with it…don’t be shy if you want to use a lot of the sea veggies. Add all ingredients to a stainless steel pot. Bring water to 150-180 degrees in a stainless steel pot. Let steep 15-30 minutes. Turn off heat and let sit until cool enough to drink. (Or use a Crockpot on LOW for an hour or so.) Strain the soup mixture into a jar, cup or mug. Enjoy the power of healing energy! You can drink it hot or add ice cubes and drink it cold. Do not store in fridge more than 12 hours. Experiment with the ingredients. Put more or less of a veggie you like. The important thing is that you love the taste of the broth. When I have made this everyone even babies LOVE it and always ask for more.

This “soup” is the most perfect electrolyte drink possible. It has the complete ratio of minerals and vitamins. This is a perfect sports recovery drink. Children love it! Electrolyte balance is critical for anyone with a heart condition. This is great for kidney’s, heart, thyroid, intracellular health, muscles, and much more! Perfect drink during a time of prayer and fasting.

 

Fermented Raw Kefir Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons agrimony herb per quart jar
1 quart organic raw milk per quart jar

 

Directions:
1. Add 2 tablespoons of agrimony herb.
2. Add 1 quart organic raw milk.
3. Stir gently.
4. Cover the glass jar with cheesecloth, holding the cloth in place with a rubber band.
5. Place glass jar near/next to an object that gives off mild, consistent heat, such as a food dehydrator that is turned on to approximately 95-105 degrees Fahrenheit. NOTE: The jar is placed outside the warming source which is being used to generate the needed mild, consistent heat.
6. Cover both the glass jar and the warming source with a towel to help hold in the heat.
7. If a dehydrator is available that allows for larger items to be placed inside, place the covered glass jar inside the dehydrator and set the temperature to 105 degrees Fahrenheit.
8. Leave jar in place for 12 hours.
9. After 12 hours, remove the towel and cover, remove the jar from the heat source and place a lid on the jar. The fermented raw kefir is ready to be eaten.
10. Eat 8 ounces or more per day of the fermented raw kefir.
11. Store the covered glass jar of fermented raw kefir in the refrigerator.
12. It works faster if you can obtain a “starter” from an Agrimony kefir.

 

Fermented Nut Bread

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Organic unsulfured apricots
  • ½ cup Cranberries
  • ½ cup Organic Brazil nuts
  • 1/2 cup Organic Pecans
  • ½ cup Purified water

Directions:
Soak all ingredients for 2-4 hours.  Drain and Rinse.  Blend all ingredients together. Spread on fruit tray in a Premier Food Dehydrator. Dehydrate at 105° to 120 F° overnight or up to 48 hours. Fermenting it for a longer time will make it more bread-like.

 

Fermented Foods and Snacks

Fruits and Nuts (Organic when possible)
Example: 3 - 5 Organic unsulfured apricots and organic Brazil nuts
Directions: Soak apricots and nuts in purified water for 30 minutes, then rinse. Next, place the mixture on a fruit tray and dehydrate in a Premier Food Dehydrator at 105° to 120 F° degrees overnight or up to 48 hours.

 

Tangy Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

1 tbsp. Vintage Vinegar (from PRL)
3 Tbsp. Premier Olive Oil
1 Tsp. German Mustard
Option: instead of mixing the Mustard in; try mixing 1 tablespoon of Tomato Concentrate Powder (from PRL)

Directions:
Mix together to create a delicious tangy salad Dressing.

 

Premier Super-Food Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Purified or Spring Water (1-2 tablespoons) Coconut Oil (1 tablespoon)
  • Premier EFA Oil (2 teaspoon) Whey Peptein (2 tablespoons)
  • Premier Pink salt (½ teaspoon) Trim Body Blend (2 tablespoons)
  • Premier Greens (2 tablespoons) Organic berries (½ cup)
  • Colostrum (1 teaspoon) Galactan (1-2 tablespoons)
  • Premier EFA Oil (2 teaspoon) Purified Water (½ cup or more)

 

Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a TurboBlend. Add enough water to blend well.

 

Simple Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup strawberries (or other fruit)
  • Canadian Raw Honey (1 tablespoon; to taste)
  • Premier Greens (2 tablespoons)
  • Purified water (½ cup

 

Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender. Add enough water to blend well.
