World Outreach

Thanks for visiting one of the most exciting pages on our website. It is exciting because of what the Lord is doing globally and the privilege to be a part of what God is doing in changing lives all over the world. It is our goal to go global for God one life at a time. The pattern of reaching every heart on earth is found in Acts 1:8:

“But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”

Excitingly, we are endeavoring to follow God’s leading in reaching out to our immediate community (our Jerusalem) then start to spread out with the message of God’s love to our county (Judea), then our state (Samaria), then our nation and entire world (the ends of the earth).  We are doing this through our Making Disciples World Outreach Cirriculum.  Our discipleship books have reached thousands of people by teaching them to be a disciple of Jesus and then to go out and make disciples of others.

Significantly, God has availed to us the necessary ability, and dynamic that we need to accomplish this task by giving us His Holy Spirit, “you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you.” “and lo, I am with you always…” (Acts 1:8, Matthew 28:20)

Lovingly, God shares His heart for the world in one of the most famous of all bible passages:

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16

AND

“And Jesus, when He came out, saw a great multitude and was moved with compassion for them, because they were like sheep not having a shepherd. So He began to teach them many things.” Mark 6:34

We live in a world where 7 billion people live. The majority of those people have never heard that God loves them. And so our vision is to reach out globally one community at a time by using our Making Disciples outreach materials. Jesus stated, "The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore, pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest field" (Matthew 9:37-38)

God’s heart for reaching out to the world hasn’t changed and never will. He desires that all people would be saved and come to know Him and that NO ONE would perish. Those of us who have received Jesus as our Savior know God’s love firsthand – we have experienced its life changing wonder. Many of us were in darkness, without hope in the world, in bondage to sin, and some of us were even hating the very God who loved us and sent His Son Jesus to take our sins upon Himself and die for us and then rise again back to life. Through faith in Jesus (who is now alive) our lives have been transformed and we have been given new life – a life of meaning, purpose, and power, in fellowship with the God who created us and loves us.

We invite you to join us in the harvest field in reaching out into the community where we live, the county, the state, the nation and the world, to proclaim the Good News of God’s love and the way of salvation He has provided through Jesus Christ by Making Disciples of all nations!
